This policy explains how Bankware Global collects and handles the personal information you provide through our contact forms.
Information we collect
When you submit a contact form we collect: • Name, work email, and message • Title, organisation, and country (where provided) • Technical data: a hashed IP address, browser user-agent, and submission timestamp
How we use it
• Responding to your enquiry • Reviewing sales and partnership opportunities • Sending information about our services
Retention
We retain submissions for three (3) years from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. Data is deleted sooner once its purpose has been fulfilled.
Third parties and processors
We share the minimum data necessary with: • Resend (resend.com, USA) — email delivery: name, email, message • Supabase (supabase.com, USA) — data storage: all collected fields • Cloudflare Turnstile (cloudflare.com, USA) — bot prevention: IP and browser information
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact contact@bankware-global.com; we respond within 30 business days.
Legal basis
We process personal information under the Republic of Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
